During our recent family vacation to Lisbon, we had the pleasure of staying at Central - Belem. This hotel, conveniently located just 500 metres from the Theatre of Peace, offered a welcoming atmosphere for families. As a marine biologist, I appreciate places that connect me with nature, and I was pleased to find that the hotel provided easy access to various educational and cultural activities. Our children enjoyed the family-friendly amenities, which included a small play area and activities that kept them engaged while we relaxed. Free internet access allowed us to share our experiences in real-time with friends back in Edinburgh, enhancing our nice family trip. One particularly good day was when we took a short walk to the nearby waterfront, where we could explore and participate in local marine education programs. This not only entertained the kids but also sparked their curiosity about marine ecosystems. In summary, Central - Belem caters well to families, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
